Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese or cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (mix of colors)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Cooking oil or butter for cooking
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cooked chicken (if using), diced bell peppers, onions, black olives (if using), chopped cilantro, ground cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture equally among the tortillas, spreading it evenly on one half of each tortilla.
