Homemade Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of English muffins or bread of your choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon or sausage patties (cooked)
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, Swiss, etc.)
  • Butter or cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparing the Eggs:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or cooking oil.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preferred style (fried, scrambled, or as an omelet). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once cooked, set the eggs aside.

Assembling the Sandwich:

  • Toast the English muffins or bread slices until they're golden brown and crispy.
  • Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin or bread slice.
  • Layer the cooked bacon or sausage on top of the cheese.
  • Place the prepared eggs on top of the bacon or sausage.
  • Complete the sandwiches by placing the remaining English muffin or bread slices on top.
